Chapter 11

Saben flinched from the hostility. "Yeah, alright..."

Damien looked at Crimson. "Koralie? Some one else is here?"

Crimson laughed. "She wasn't fit to survive. She expected everyone else to save her."

Damien nodded. "Oh, I see." he said quietly.

Saben sighed. "I'll just... Do it now."

"Yeah. Needless to say she didn't die a virgin." Crimson coughed. She looked at Damien. "Go help him please."

Saben looked down. He thought that she'd get over it. He didn't feel like arguing, so he walked towards Koralie's room.

Damien looked at Crimson before following Saben.

Crimson walked into the kitchen. She tried to remember all the things she'd helped her mom cook.

Saben opened a door to reveal a messy room. He started to make the bed.

Damien laughed. "Nice..." he said at the scene. Saben tried to ignore him.

IC: Saben fixed the pillows as Damien sat back and did nothing. "Hmph. So this Koralie was..." Saben tried to drown his voice out.

Crimson left water on the stove to boil while she walked past Koralie's room. She finished Damien's sentence. "His lover."

Saben shook his head. "No, I was forced to."

Damien stopped himself from laughing. "You were raped?" Saben shook his head. "You're not making any sense." Damien said.

Crimson jumped in again. "He did it to get an antidote. He was forced to have fun." she said before walking back to the kitchen.

Damien nodded in understanding. Saben finished the bed and looked around for anything else.

The water was boiled and she put in some [SPOILER ALERT]. She started on the [SPOILER ALERT].

Damien sighed. "Tiring work." he said.

Saben walked out of the room, looking for anything else to help with.

Crimson finished. "Dinner... which is at four in the morning."

Saben walked out and smelled the food. Being in the room had made him feel disgusted, he was glad to be out.

Damien followed with a slight whistle. Saben's eye twitched. "So, Saben..." he started. Saben turned around. "It's Saben. Like Say-Ben. Not Sah-Ben." he snapped. Damien jumped. "Chill, Saben. God." he said, mispronouncing it in the process.

Crimson slapped them both. "I'm not going to be stuck here with you two if you are fighting!" She raced out of the refuge. Spaghetti was steaming on the kitchen counter.

Saben and Damien raced after her. "Wait!" Saben called. Damien glared at Saben. "Look what you did." he said, racing next to him.

Crimson jacked Damien's bike. She needed to go for a drive.

Damien and Saben ran after her. Damien grabbed her arm. "Wait, let's not be rash." he said, Saben coming up behind him.

"Let me go!" Crimson wriggled in his grasp.

Saben didn't grab her, but ran up on the other side. "Please don't go again." he pleaded.

"Why do you guys care?" Crimson asked.

Saben answered first; or tried to anyways. "Because I-"

Damien cut him off. "We have to stick around here, it's so much safer in here than out there." he said with a smile. "Come inside."
